Melaney chose butterflies because she sees her sweet angel, Marshall, within them—fluttering peacefully, a symbol of his journey and accomplishments. The balloons represent the heartfelt messages their family sends to him and his friends in heaven, carrying their love beyond this world. Earth was only a temporary home for Bubba, just a stop on the way to where he was truly meant to be. Marshall touched countless lives—saving his brother, strengthening his family, and showing others new perspectives on life. He taught those around him how to find peace and beauty even in the hardest moments. He was never afraid because he understood his purpose; he knew this world was only a part of his journey and that everything happens for a reason. Though Melaney misses him dearly, she finds comfort in knowing he is exactly where he was meant to be. Forever her sweet Bubs.
