Medical Symposium Registration Fee

* If you are attending Virtually, or are a Speaker, LCN Center Director, or LCN Care Coordinator your registration fees are waived.

Otherwise, a registration fee of $150 must be paid in full to complete your registration process.  This fee covers your meals and complimentary ground transportation.
